Start by opening your photo - here's one i'm using:
Now, at the top of your screen, go to effects > distortion effects > lens distortion and match your settings to mine. You can then alter them to better fit your photo.

Fisheye Effect
Want that fisheye lens effect, but don't have the right camera/lens? You can easily simulate it with PSP...
